Noodle recipe

Ingredients:
- 200g noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 100g cabbage (shredded)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Green onions or sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:
- Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and onion, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything to coat evenly.
- Stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes until everything is well mixed and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
